Promael, with more than 30 years of experience delivering innovative, high-quality energy solutions, has successfully completed the manufacture of an electrical switchboard sized with busbars rated up to 4,000 A, designed specifically to replace the main low-voltage switchboard of the shopping centre in Aldaia, Valencia. This project was carried out following the devastating disaster caused by the DANA floods, ensuring that the shopping centre's electrical infrastructure was fully renewed and adapted to new safety and efficiency requirements.
The switchboard manufactured by Promael is characterised by its advanced design, which allows protection devices to be accessed from both sides of the enclosure, facilitating maintenance and operation. It also includes a Red/Group busbar system with automatic transfer switching at 3,200 A, ensuring efficient and safe power distribution throughout the shopping centre's electrical system.
Another notable feature is that all switchboard outgoing circuits are prepared for quick and straightforward on-site connection, optimising installation time and reducing commissioning costs.
